Whitney Permann, Brooke Stone, and Soni Muller join their voices to create stunning harmonies that bring warmth to anyone who has heard them.

Combined, the moms of Mercy River have 13 children. Even with their busy lives as mothers they have made time to create and share their music with the world. Music has been a part of each of their lives since childhood, and is now a strong presence in their homes.

The three friends met while singing in the Jenny Phillips Choir and there found a common love for tight harmonies and sharing the gospel through song. Together Mercy River performs all around the nation spreading their love of music and message of peace and hope. They have released three albums since 2008 and are a beloved part of the Time Out For Women tour.

Calee Schroeder Reed was born in Rexburg, Idaho, and grew up in San Diego, California. Her mother was a vocal coach, and Calee was taught to sing at a very young age. By the time Calee was a teenager, her sisters and her were performing in multi-part harmony all over Southern California.

Calee began writing music of her own after high school – experimenting with different genres ranging from grunge rock to pop. When her mother was diagnosed with cancer, her focus turned to Christian media and worship music.

After battling colon cancer for four years, her mother became terminally ill and Calee began writing worship music of her own as a way to sustain her faith. Calee credits Christian music for keeping her belief in God alive after her mother’s passing.

She penned The Waiting Place – her debut album – as a way to give back to the music community and reach others who find themselves experiencing similar trials in life.

The album was released by Shadow Mountain Records in May of 2012. A music video for “She Put the Music in Me” features home video and photos of Calee’s mother. All proceeds from the download of that song in May were donated to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.

Calee was married to Shaun Reed in April of 2012. They currently live in Idaho.

Sandra Turley performed the role of Cosette in Les Miserables on Broadway in New York City and was part of the original closing cast. She was invited to perform the role of Cosette in the Shanghai, China premiere of Les Miserables alongside Broadway star, Colm Wilkinson.

Sandra received her BFA from Brigham Young University with a major in Music, Dance and Theater. She performed as Ariel in Disney World’s stage production of The Little Mermaid.

Sandra performs concerts and enjoys motivational speaking and singing across the country. Among her favorite performances were singing for Steve Young’s Forever Young Foundation events and also singing for the 2004 Republican National Convention.

Sandra’s debut solo album released in March 2012 with Shadow Mountain Records. Sandra is a presenter for Deseret Book’s popular Time Out for Women and Time Out for Girls Events.

Sandra and her husband reside outside of Washington D.C. and have four children.

Billboard #1 artist Josh Wright has delighted audiences across the United States and in Europe. His self-titled album “Josh Wright” topped the Billboard Classical Traditional chart just three weeks after its release in April 2011. Josh studied under renowned pedagogue Dr. Susan Duehlmeier at the University of Utah, completing his Bachelor of Musical Arts degree and Master of Music degree. He currently studies at the University of Michigan, pursuing his Doctor of Musical Art degree as a pupil of Dr. Logan Skelton. Josh will release his next CD, “My Favorite Things,” in 2013 with Shadow Mountain Records.

Josh was the gold medalist at the 2010 Seattle International Piano Competition.  He was also the first prize winner of the 2010 American Protége International Competition of Romantic Music (New York, NY), and the second prize winner of the 2011 Music Teachers National Association National Competition (Milwaukee, WI).
